Inverter Generators- These kinds of generators are quite similar to the portable generators. However, there is a difference in the process and way of electricity they produce. Usually, a standard generator generates electric power in a single phase and is unable to keep the electricity flow steady. But inverter generator produces electricity in three phases- creates a high frequency alternating current, which is then inverted to a direct current and finally inverted once again to a stable alternating current output.
Though the process seems complex, but it
helps in creating a stable energy while in use or employed in some activity.
Standby Generators- These generators have a large fuel tank and a commercial grade engine with a high and advanced fuel efficiency while allows to provide power in the whole premises. While a small, portable product can be easily carried and packed into a vehicle, a standby generator is not mobile in nature. It occupies more space than a standard Air conditioning unit. It supplements to be a great back up system and can be used in emergencies. These generators are not pocket friendly. Apart, from its pricing, the drawback of standby generators is that they require regular maintenance to make sure that they are operational in case of a blackout.
Gasoline Generators- Generators can run on a variety of different fuels, but the most commonly used fuel for portable and inverter generator is gasoline. Gas fueled generators have moderately low price and effortless control. This feature helps the inexperienced operators to shop such generators at a very affordable price. Solar power generators are typically designed with in-built pv solar panels, but some solar pv system are structured with detachable panels which can be angled or positioned to absorb better sun rays
Hydrogen Generators- Hydrogen generators are quite hard to locate. This device is fueled by hydrogen gas and are designed with internet fuel cells that helps to manage the system’s fuel efficiency. These devices are durable and quite efficient but hard to fetch in market.
